GRAEME MCKELLAR

Managing Director – IFL Ventures

An entrepreneur and business advisor, Graeme’s specialty is launching and growing software and intellectual property-rich businesses, in Australia and internationally.

Graeme supports his clients with more than a decade’s worth of hands-on experience in growth strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, restructures and shareholder exits.

He has worked with IFL Venture’s parent company, InterFinancial Corporate Finance, managing SME transactions in IP-rich and/or tech markets.

Graeme’s strong tech and software background gives him a keen eye for identifying, unpacking and highlighting value in IP-rich and/or tech companies.

 

LISA MCKELLAR

Associate Director

Over the past 20 years, Lisa has worked in collaboration with clients and stakeholders across several industry sectors in a range of roles, including innovation consulting, scientific research, and business management.

Lisa has advanced research skills, including problem definition, analysis design, and data interpretation.
She has over 15 years of experience as an agricultural and natural resources economist, responsible for leading and delivering widely-published research projects in several industry sectors.

Lisa has a PhD in agricultural economics and systems analysis, a Masters degree in business administration (MBA) and a degree with first class honours in agricultural science.

SHARON DOYLE

Executive Chair – InterFinancial Corporate Finance

Previously MD of InterFinancial for the past ten years, Sharon is a respected advisor and negotiator in merger, sale, acquisitions and private equity processes. 

Her local and international experience extends across many sectors, including mining, resources, industrial, ICT and healthcare.

Before joining InterFinancial, Sharon was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Integration at Mincom Limited, a global enterprise software company.

Sharon is a non-executive director on several boards, including Technology One and Unitywater.

LUCY CLARKE

Analyst

Lucy has previous experience in company valuations and modelling, with various experience across healthcare, IT, agriculture and utilities sectors.

Lucy joined IFL Ventures in 2023. Prior to this Lucy worked at EY for 2 years in Brisbane, in their strategy and transactions division.

Lucy graduated from the University of Queensland with a dual degree in economics and commerce (majoring in finance).

JENNY ZENG

Associate Director

Jenny has over 10 years of experience in the corporate finance sector, specialising in the area of M&A.

With solid analytical skills and strong commercial acumen, Jenny is able to distil complex commercial data, conduct financial evaluations and make justified and informed investment recommendations.

Jenny has strong project management skills and has led sizeable M&A transactions in the oil and gas sector (in excess of US$1.5Bn). She also has extensive experience in coordinating large global multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

SHAUN HOWSE

Analyst

Shaun has previous experience in data analytics, IT consulting and risk assurance, with clients across various sectors, including utilities, IT, and healthcare. He joined IFL Ventures 2022.

Shaun is currently completing a degree in commerce and economics at The University of Queensland.
